Barry’s entrepreneurial vision and execution acumen has enabled the group to expand from a single concept in to a multi unit, multi concept group . Australian born and educated, he uses his roots as inspiration. He has a finance and economics major from Notre Dame University.
Tom Rowse - Chief strategy officer
Overseeing PHG strategy and growth, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge from his hospitality, events & marketing backgrounds. Moving over to New York from one of Australia’s largest media companies, Southern Cross Austereo, Tom has opened, led and made profitable all of the hospitality groups ventures.
David Orr - PRESIDENT
David has been building and scaling complex businesses for over fifteen years. His finance company IPO’d in Australia in 2018 and his property company became the largest owner of townhomes in New York, involving over 1,000 construction projects at ~ $60m per annum. He has a Finance and a Law Degree, both from Australian National University.
Grace solazzo - Head of Culture
Grace serves as the Director of Culture and Development for PHG. For her entire career and in this role Grace has complete oversight of all aspects of Human Resources, internal operations, compliance, talent recruitment, benefits administration and employee relations. Grace has worked in several industries, ranging from Real Estate and Property Management, to CPG Manufacturing and Finance. She has particular expertise working with Ownership building bespoke HR Programs from the ground up.
Caitlin misuraca - HITW Regional Manager
Caitlin has been with Parched Hospitality Group for the past 4 years, starting as a barista and overseeing the coffee program at our Financial District & Murray Hill locations before working her way up to General Manager of Hole In The Wall Williamsburg. Australian born and raised, Caitlin is a key component within the business, specializing in staff and inventory management, venue openings, and continues to bring her touch of positive Aussie culture to the hospitality industry.

Jeremy Ortiz, the beverage guru behind some of New York's most engaging cocktail programs has helped bring the cocktail and bar program to life. He believes in creativity, innovation & fun, and that the most important drink is the one you'd like right now.
KATRINA ROBINSON - HITW Williamsburg General Manager
Australian born, Katrina has forged her path as an operations and customer management leader working with premium commercial airlines across the Middle East and Australia.
Prior to moving to New York City, Katrina was a brand ambassador for Emirates Airline specialising in cultivating client relationships across multiple continents. Katrina is driven, focused and energetic and brings both operational rigor and organizational effectiveness to the PHG Family.

Mike is the founder and CEO of 1-800 Accountant, one of the nation's largest virtual accounting firms. Mike's expertise is in accounting and finance and his company enables entrepreneurs to unleash technology empowering them to grow their business. In 2018 Mike was named one of the USA's top small and medium-size CEO's by Glassdoor.

Originating from Sydney, Australia Olivia moved to New York in 2020 to pursue her passion for events. Olivia brings an energy and flair that fittingly pairs with New York City. Her unrelenting pursuit of perfection and unwavering standards, allows Olivia to focus solely on the engagement with our guests and to ensure their enjoyment and experience is of the highest level.
